- B-Core utilizes personal information within the scope necessary to achieve specified purpose of the use except with the consent of the person from whom the personal information was acquired or when there is a legitimate reason.

- B-Core clarifies the purpose of the use and acquires personal information with the person's consent.
- Management of personal information
- B-Core exercises proper management of personal information by appointing chief privacy officer and strives to prevent leakage of personal information. Regarding the risk of unauthorized access to personal information or the loss, damage or falsification of personal data, B-Core deploys safety measures at proper level and strives to protect personal information.
- Supervision of outsourcee
- B-Core is subject to outsource the handling of personal information. In such case, B-Core selects outsourcee which are certified to handle personal information properly. The outsourcee and B-Core strike a needed deal for the prevention of leakage of personal information by making a contract and so on to make the oursourcee to exercise proper management of personal information.
- Provision of personal information
- B-Core does not disclose or provide personal information to third perties without the person's consent except when complying with laws and regulations, or if B-Core is requested by public institutes such as court, police etc. to disclosure personal information.

- B-Core accepts the request of disclosure, amendmnt, addition, removal of personal information from the person or the agent in accordance with laws and regulations.
